Founded by Baguio City Councilor Philian Weygan-Allan and her family, Councilor Weygan said 1500 akinse project is a covid-19 relief drive where 1500 packs are solicited, packed and distributed to Baguio-Benguet Taxi Drivers Association ( BBTDA) was the first beneficiary of the 4th wave of 1500 sa Akinse with partner donors, May 28, 2020.
