Regional Crime Laboratory Office (RCLO) Cordillera Advisory Council bagged the Best Regional Crime Laboratory Advisory Council for CY 2017-2018 in grateful recognition for their valuable contributions, unwavering dedication and commitment in the effective implementation of PNPCL P.A.T.R.O.L . Plan 2030 to attain the PNPCL’s vision to be a highly competent and trusted Forensic Laboratory for the effective delivery of justice through science by the year 2020, held at Maringal Hall, PNP Crime Laboratory Camp BGen Rafael T. Crame, Quezon City on May 21, 2019.
