The Provincial Government of Benguet headed by Governor Dr. Melchor Daguines Diclas hosted the launching of the 2nd leg of the 1st Pilipinas Art Camp with the theme “Building a Better Nation with a Soul Through Creativity” on May 17, 2023.The activity which is pioneered by the Pugad ni Art Studio and Alitaptap Artist Community is in celebration of the National Heritage Month.
