Two top women wanted persons arrested in Ilocos Sur

CAMP PRES QUIRINO, Ilocos Sur- Two top fugitives that ordered by courts were arrested Friday (April 16, 2021) by the joint operatives reported this camp.
Suspects were identified as Blesilda Reyes, of Dominican Road, Baguio City, native of Barangay San Nicolas, San Esteban, Ilocos Sur, and Ovilla Carnate Tacatar, 65, retired government employee and resident of Brgy. Parada, Sto Domingo, Ilocos Sur.
Based on San Esteban police, Reyes was nabbed for facing seven criminal cases such as Qualified Theft through Falsification of Commercial Documents seven counts (CC # 3870-C & 3876-C both No Bail; CC # 3871-C with Php 54, 000 Bail; CC # 3872-C with Php 74, 000 Bail; CC # 3873-C, 3874-C & 3875-C Php 44, 000 bail recommended each).
She was nabbed by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Acting Presiding Judge Mario Anacleto M. Banez, of RTC Branch 71, Candon City, Ilocos Sur which dated on March 16, 2017.
Also the suspect surnamed Tacatar, she was arrested by personnel of Sto. Domingo police.
She was arrested  for Violation of RPC Art. 217 (Malversation of Public Funds or Property: Presumption of Malversation) by virtue of WOA dated April 14, 2021 issued by Hon. Cecilia Cirazon S Dulay-Archog, Presiding Judge, RTC Branch 21, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur.
