Grade 12 students Ellen Rose and Apple Faith Lapangan from Easter School in Baguio City claim the 2017 DOST Regional Invention and Innovations competition high school level with their invention of Protective Energy Saving Unit Light Control Device for Household, a device coupled with a mobile phone application. They will represent the city in the 2018 National Invention and Innovation Competitions.
