Beneficiaries of the 2019 Handog Titulo Program from Kabayan and Tuba proudly raise their land titles after receiving from CENRO Baguio with representatives from PENRO-Benguet, DENR-CAR Regional Office, Register of Deeds of Benguet, Municipalities of Kabayan and Tuba last September 30 at Wangal, La Trinidad.
During the awarding, DENR-CAR Regional Executive Director Ralph Pablo reminded the beneficiaries not to sell their lands and use wisely for its purpose and keep to their heirs as one of the purposes of the program. By CENRO Baguio.
