Vice Mayor Faustino Olowan, Councilors Fred Longboan Bagbagen and Leah Aromin Fariñas meet with the City Council and the City management team of Baguio’s Sister City, Vallejo, in California for the 30th Anniversary of Sister City relationship. Their visit on September 20-24, 2023 is intended to further enrich the partnership, in accordance with the invitation extended by Mayor Robert H. McConnell of the City of Vallejo, California.
