BAGUIO CITY

Ayon kay Baucas, “it is such an honor to join the roll of outstanding women leaders in the City… it is a challenge for me as I have to continue and
expand the advocacies in the community to empower the women…but I am also happy because I know that my family will be helping me all the way.”

“Sister Cony, who is our principal at that time, saw my
potentials and started giving me responsibilities… I was given various tasks one at a time, I was assigned as a subject area coordinator, then coordinator for student behavior, academic
coordinator, assistant principal, assistant directress to school directress”, ayon kay Caguioa.

temang “WE for Gender Equality and Inclusive Society”
