6 Baguio schools receive national Brigada Eskwela awards

Six Baguio schools in the city – three high schools and two elementary schools were recognized by the Department of Education as top-performing schools for the National Brigida Eskwela.
During the awards at the Iloilo Convention Center Monday, Baguio City National High School, Roxas National High School, and BCNHS – Fort del Pilar Annex as well as Lucban Elementary School, Adiwang Elementary School, and Fairview Elementary School as Best Implementing Schools for 2021.
DepEd Baguio Schools Division Superintendent Federico Martin led Baguio school officials in receiving the awards of Adiwang ES which
won in the medium category elementary division.
Adiwang ES school head Lillie Addag and School Partnership Coordinator Irene P. Maches were also present to receive the award. School head Jackson Caya-os and partnership coordinator John Parayao meanwhile was also present to receive the mega category for Lucban ES.
School principal Brenda Carino and brigade coordinator Claire Hermam were also present to receive the city’s biggest public school’s award
for best ion community home partnership.
Roxas NHS principal Rosalinda Ocyaden and Precila Mayanggao received for the school the secondary best home learning spaces award.
Fairview ES, meanwhile was E-best Best Brigada Eskwela Collaboration winner in the division level with school head Rommel Manzano and school brigade eskwela coordinator Maria Alica Boquirin present to receive the award BCNHS-Fort PilarIlar Annex was the winner in the secondary level and represented by school head Lilibeth Balutoc along with Roxanne Perdido.
Lucban E, meanwhile was the e-Most Prepared School and the award was received by school head and School Partnership Coordinator John Parayao.
Martin and Elaine B. Cabuag, Senior Education Specialist for Social Mobilization and Networking and Division Partnership Focal, received the certificates and plaques of awards.
