6th Rodeo Competition in Vigan City

VIGAN CITY, ILOCOS SUR – The provincial Ilocos Sur local officials led by Gov. Ryan Singson and the local officials celebrates the 16th Kannawidan Festival. Parts of the celebration is the concluded street dancing showcasing colorful and graceful dances held at Crisologo street.
On Feb 8 a total of 15 delegates from 15 universities nationwide participated in the 6th Rodeo competition. On the same in the late afternoon residents in Ilocos Sur participated in the traditional and old fashion costume party at the Heritage Plaza. Hundreds of thousands of tourists witness and join in the traditional costume party.
