Benguet who are this year’s Inspiring Young Artists, Movers, and Achievers Annual (IYAMAN) awardees of the BIYAG (Benguet Indigenous Youth Arts Guild) Festival opening program at the Provincial Capitol on Monday, April 24, 2023. Governor Diclas said the IYAMAN Award is an expression of gratitude of the Provincial Government on the exceptional achievements and contributions to the fields of arts, and unwavering dedication of the youth to preserving and promoting the cultural heritage of Benguet.
