Newly inducted Outstanding Citizen of Baguio City Fernando Tiong awards a check to members of the 911 on Call Rescue and Medical Group led by Rafael Paeng Valencia and Dr. Manuel Quirino for his continued support to the endeavor of the group that has been helping the city during the COVID-19 pandemic such as proving support for the vaccination of thousands of Baguio residents as well as providing medical support during emergencies and accidents.
