In line with the CAR @ 30: “A Celebration of Cordillera Unity”, Benguet Gov. Cresencio C. Pacalso, in his inspirational talk to the regional and provincial line agencies in the Cordillera stressed a prayer of thanksgiving to God who is the source of all life, for families in the Cordillera, for people from other lands, for growth in understanding.
