The trade fair opened with ribbon cutting, dedication and blessing of the booths on November 14, 2017 at Benguet Sports Complex, Wangal, La Trinidad, Benguet as part of the 117th Benguet Foundation Anniversary thru Adivay 2017 with the theme “Benguet culture, our future: sustaining cultural identity amidst global changes”. The blessing was facilitated by Rev. Fr. Junior Ablasa, Governor Crescencio C. Pacalso, Vice Governor Florence B. Tingbaoen, Sangguniang Panlalawigan members, Board Member Roberto K. Canuto, Lucia P. Kisim of the Provincial Accounting Office, and Vivien Lee Prado of Smart Inc.
