A kid from Loo, Buguias, Benguet turned over a lost cellphone to the roving Cop yesterday at Burnham Park, Baguio City.
The young man, Khurt Oloan, found the cellphone Samsung A50 at Rose Garden and immediately surrendered it to the TopCop. Said cellphone was claimed by the owner Ms. Lizel Damasco from Bukidnon.
