Arts and crafts for out of school youths

The University of Baguio-Fernando Rosa Bautista (UB-FRB) foundation in cooperation with Baguio Museum Incorporated, DSWD and PICPA conducted a livelihood project through Arts and Crafts for Out-Of-School-Youths and unwed mothers. There were more than 60 participants last July 1 and 8, 2017. The participants were taught by different artists on how to make dream catchers, patching (from old clothes), canvass painting, plastic bottle crafts and plate painting. PR
