Mary Ann Atuban and Jasmynne Polon both whipped up a storm to lead their respective teams to straight sets victory Wednesday to start their finals bid in the Cong. Eric Go Yap Congressional Cup – Benguet Women’s Volleyball
League at the Benguet Sports Complex here. Atuban scored 21 points to lead Tuba past a scrambling Tuba side for a 25-15, 25-10, 25- 13, while Polon matched that output and led Sablan past La Trinidad 25-19, 25-21, 25-20.

Atuban was virtually unstoppable as she poured in 16 attack points, seven of which in the second set, fired two
service aces and blocked twice as she led the fourth seed past the third seeded team in the league. points, respectively for the yet undefeated Sablan which is 14- 0 win-loss in the league.
