Baguio City Police Office (BCPO) warmly welcomes PBGEN RANDY Y ARCEO, the Executive Officer of the Directorate for Operations, upon his arrival at the BCPO Headquarters on October 28, 2024. PBGEN ARCEO is received by PCOL RUEL D TAGEL, City Director and greeted with foyer honors and a traditional welcome dance performed by the BCPO cultural dancers. As the head of the PNP Mobile Forces Audit Team, PBGEN ARCEO visited BCPO for the Periodic Organizational Audit of PNP Mobile Forces.
