Leading the Banca Parada of Pistay Dayat 2017, Governor Amado I. Espino III with his wife, Pangasinan First Lady Karina Padua-Espino, and their son wave to the crowd of spectators as the annual fluvial parade traverses the Limahong Channel of Agno River on May 1. With the first family is Vice Governor Jose Ferdinand Z. Calimlim Jr. From the parade’s staging area in sitio Bantayan, Pangapisan Sur in Lingayen, the Banca Parada sailed along the Limahong Channel, crossing underneath the Domalandan bridge of Lingayen to reach the parade’s culmination area under the Bugallon bridge.
