Reverend Father Dom Ramos of the Societas Verbi Divini (SVD) blesses the 11 barangay patrol vehicles purchased by the local government of San Fernando City, La Union on Tuesday (Nov. 7, 2017). City officials led by Mayor Hermenegildo “Dong” Gualberto and Vice-Mayor Alf Ortega distributed the patrol vehicles to village officials of Barangays Namtutan, San Francisco, Sagayad, Dalumpinas Este, Dalumpinas Oeste, Dallangayan Este, Birunget, Carlatan, Bungro, San Vicente, and Catbange at the City Hall Compound.
