Grade 10 student from Sacred Heart School Eric Enzo A. Pallis bagged the first place and received a cash of P5,000 while his school is declared champion in the drawing art contest sponsored by an American grape grower in coordination with Bauang local government and participated by Grade 10 students of public and private schools last August 7, 2018 at Bauang Farmer’s Hall, Bauang, La Union.
