Freddie Rulloda (Net25). Refuerzo, who exemplifies the true tenets of journalism was the former head of the defunct National Media Production Center (NMPC) in the city. A veteran broadcaster ,started in the state run DZEQ Radio also writer of then Gold Ore. The presentation marked the BCBC Christmas Thanksgiving 2024 held on December 19,2024 at the Margarita Hall-Supreme Hotel,Baguio City .March Fianza, past BCBC president was also among the awardees.
