BCPO Enhanced Managing Police Operation yields 12 arrests in a day

BAGUIO CITY – the intensified implementation of Enhanced Managing Police Operation (EMPO) of the Baguio City Police Office resulted to the arrests of 12 individual on December 5, 2019.

BCPO under the supervision of the City Director, PCOL ALLEN RAE F CO arrested 1 individual for violation of RA 10591(Comprehensive Firearm and Ammunition’s Regulation Act), 3 individual in 3 buy-bust operations and 8 individual with warrants of arrest.

In a report of BCPO Station 4, joint operatives of Police Station 4, CIDG Mt. Province and CIU-BCPO arrested Santiago Calusin Regidor, 62, married, businessman and renting at the 1st floor of No. 4001 Purok 4, Brgy Kias, Baguio City for violation of RA 10591.

The suspect was arrested incidental to the implementation of a search warrant issued by the Acting Presiding Judge, RTC, First Judicial Region, Burgos, Pangasinan dated December 2, 2019, for violation of RA 10591.

Result of the search showed that the suspect possess a fire arm registration for a Caliber 45 Norinco pistol model 1911-A1, serial number BA40304-13-246PH13 with expiry date March 20, 2019 but the confiscated caliber 45 Norinco pistol bears an unlike serial number (BA40305-13246-PH13)Also Operatives of the City Police conducted three buy bust operations which resulted to the arrests of three individuals in different occasions on December 5, 2019.

Mano Casanguan Satta a.k.a “BAPAH”, 34, native of Marawi City and resident of City Camp Lagoon, Baguio City sold a sachet of alleged shabu weighing MOL 2.5 grams worth Php8,000.00 to a DEU operative on December 5, 2019 at about 8:50PM along Cypress Road, Irisan.

Erwin Bokilis, single, 21, unemployed, and a resident of Zigzag, Barangay Oyao, Dupax Del Norte, Nueva Viscaya who sold a sachet of shabu weighing MOL 0.3 grams worth Php5,000 pesos to an operative of RDEU who acted as Poseur buyer on December 5, 2019 at about 2:50 AM along General Luna Road. RESTIE VELASQUES CLAVERIA, 28 years old, single, born on September 24, 1967, jobless, at Baguio City and a resident of Purok 15, Irisan, Baguio City who sold a sachet of shabu weighing MOL .3 grams worth One Thousand Pesos (Php 1,000.00) to an operative of Station 9 who posed as buyer on December 5, 2019 at about 11:50PM at Purok 15, Irisan.

Further, on the same day, BCPO served 8 warrants of arrest for various violations. A 17 year old male minor(name withheld), Grade 11 at Saint Louis Laboratory High School, native of Dagupan City Pangasinan and resident of Number 884 Viduya St, Manaoag Pangasinan was arrested by virtue of the WA for Rape with Sexual Assault) under C.C # CICL 363 to 365-2009 issued by the presiding Judge of the RTC Branch 59 Family Court of Baguio City issued on November 4, 2019 with fixed bail of P200,000 each case.

Romar Callueng, 28, single and businessman by profession with postal address at Purok 4, Agbannawag, Tabuk City, Kalinga was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by the Presiding Judge of RTC, First Judicial Region, Branch 5, Baguio City for a case of 8 counts Syndicated Estafa docketed in CC No. 38940-R to 38947-R with no bail recommended.

Marieta Tulyap Ayao-Ao, married, 38, housewife, native of Barlig, Mountain Province and presently residing at 120 Country Club Village, Baguio City docketed under CC No R-18863 for Other Forms Swindling, issued the Presiding Judge of RTC, First Judicial Region, Benguet Province on October 9, 2018 with recommended bail of P10,000.00. Subject person showed documents that she posted bail under OR No. 2052014 D Crisol Santos Toling, 50 y/old, born on March 3,1969, married, unemployed and residing at Camp 7,Baguio City was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for Violation of PD 1602 issued by the Presiding Judge, MTCC, Br. 3, Baguio City, under CC# 138953 with a recommended bail of PHP 3,000.00 Annavie Murao Hipolito, 38, Single, Secretary, and resident of Parapad Ambiong La Trinidad Benguet was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest under Criminal Case No. 25731-R with recommended bail of 46,000.00 issued by the presiding judge of Regional Trial Court, First Judicial Region, Branch
7, Baguio City for a case of Qualified Theft.

Myrna Dagasen Igualdo , 53, married, Busineswoman and a resident of No. 32 Tricom Village, Pinsao Proper, Baguio City was arrested by virtue of WA issued by the Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 5, Baguio City for a case of Estafa under Art. 315 par. 2 (d) of the RPC docketed under CC No. 43000-R with recommended bail bond fixed at Php24, 000.00.

Juanico Alabanza Perez, 22, single, and a resident of Pias, Camp 7, Baguio City was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by the Presiding Judge, RTC Branch 59, First Judicial Region, Baguio City for violation of RA 9262 docketed under CC# 42949-R with recommended bail in the amount of P80,000.00. Arrested person was brought to La Trinidad MPS for documentation prior turn over to the issuing court.

Consuelo Joy Gonzales Macario, 48, married, businesswoman, resident of 67-A Bakakeng Norte, Baguio City for a case of Estafa with docketed CC No. 42885-R with recommended bail band of Php20,000.00 issued by the presiding Judge of First Judicial Region, Branch 6, Baguio City on October 29, 2019
