Lawyer Esteban Aclopen Somngi, President of Board of Directors of Benguet Electric Cooperative (BENECO) assisted couples of beneficiaries of medical assistance extended by BENECO as part of their corporate social responsibility program to indigent people in Benguet and in Baguio City.
The distribution of the medical assistance was held at Somngi’s office along Abanao St, Baguio City.
