Verzosa this report unanimously pass before the resolution no. 2020 – 90 dated April 21, 2020 appointing Assistant General Manager Melchor Licoben officer in charge of the coop that is the action of the body of the Beneco Board of Director in response to the succession plan crafted by the Benguet Electric Cooperative August 18, 2021, 10AM held at Pedro G.
