The Department of Public Works and Highways – Cordillera said Phase 1 includes the embankment of the playing field to a higher elevation, provision of underdrains and ground drainages, concreting of the sports track oval and finish it with polyurethane rubber surface, improvement of the two spectators grandstands and center stage including the installation of water closets and shower rooms for the athletes.
