Canuto had a talk with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Vietnam Ly Quoc Tuan and Secretary of Political Affairs of Vietnam Ngo Tuan Anh on November 14, 2018 at Provincial Governors Office in preparation for the Signing of Sisterhood Agreement with Ha Giang Province in Vietnam to be held on November 23, 2018 at the Ben Palispis Hall, Benguet Provincial Capitol.
