Governor Dr. Melchor Daguines Diclas commends the Benguet Provincial Police Office, led by PCOL Joseph P. Bayongasan and the La Trinidad Police Station, led by PLTCOL Benson B. Macli-ing, for having been awarded the Best Human Rights Desk of the Year by the Philippine National Police-Human Rights Affairs Office (PNP HRAO) during their 17th Founding Anniversary held in Quezon City on July 29, 2024.
