Best interest, the PP

The city government of Baguio and its nearby municipalities duly respect each other’s ordinance as the guidelines of their governance, thus, it is what the people follow and believe. It is their decisions that actually make or break us. Either way, it depends on us whether we choose the right or the wrong one.

Now Kadungngo-dungngo, what is your principle in life? How will you know that what you believe in is right if you are not going to try? That is why officials from the Government amend some Ordinances to fit interests of the many rather than their personal agenda; and isn’t that how it is supposed to be?

Unfortunately, correct me if I’m wrong, but it saddens me to know that people make an Ordinance so that they will benefit from it. Well, we all know they have business transactions aside from being government officials, don’t they? Lucky you if you’re not one of them or maybe you are just as good as Robinhood.

Anyway, there is a proposed ordinance “Establishing Bike Lane Zones along the Baguio-Bontoc Road from KM3 (City Limit) to Brgy. Shilan, La Trinidad, Benguet providing funds thereof and for other purposes”. Tsk-tsk-tsk! Social media has an impact most of the time, thank God the Sangguniang Bayan of La Trinidad, Benguet did not approve the Ordinance yet. Let me share some comments from concern citizens regarding this matter. “Suggestion to the Municipal Council of LTB, instead of providing bike lane, provide sidewalks for the safety of minors and senior citizens – TC.” While some comments are “Our streets are not that wide to accommodate a bike lane, besides we have less bikers unlike in Manila and lowlands – WB.” And “What bike lane? As in, ayta pay nga talaga un-unaen yu? Eh kung kaya iparit yu ti operasyon iti Colurom?”

So you read it Kadungngo-dungngo, this is only one of the many ordinances now that benefit the Author more than the people. When an official runs for a position, isn’t he supposed to put the best interest of the public as the priority and take aside unnecessary things? However, let’s all give our officials the benefit of the doubt. No one’s perfect but change comes from within and by Gods grace and wisdom, we all can change for the better. What we should do now is pray for them, that they may do the best for the public and that they will be enlightened.

In the Bible (KJV) 1Cor. 15:51 “Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed”.

And so Kadungngo-dungngo, as we are talking about changes, JUUVA introduces a system of transforming your life. Juuva Rejuv is a simple way to feel energized and perform at your absolute best. Then add what we always remind everyone, “Ti Panagtinnunos nga Agtrabaho, Mangiturong iti Panagprogreso”.
