The Regional Project Monitoring Committee (RPMC) of the Regional Development Council-Cordillera conducted a project visit at the Baguio-La Trinidad- Itogon-Sablan-Tuba-Tublay (BLISTT) Outer Ring Circumferential Road Project in Benguet to validate project accomplishments and gaps of the on going road construction.
DPWH-CAR Regional Director Khadaffy Tanggol explains to Regional Project Monitoring Committee Chairperson and NEDA-CAR Director Milagros Rimando the on going engineering works which includes the slope protection along the Labey – Lacamen Provincial Road a section of the BLISTT Outer Ring Circumferential Road Project connecting Tublay and Bokod during the RPMC project inspection recently.
