The contingent of Bibyun Lubuagan of Lubuagan, Kalinga, who showcased culture and tradition in their performance, won 1st Place in the Festival Dance category in the grand streetdancing and showdown competition of the 29th Panagbenga Festival with the themed “Blossoms Beyond Boundaries” in Baguio City, last February 22. The said group was the grand champion in the previous 6th Bodong Festival in Kalinga.
