Five Outstanding Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Councils were recognized by the Bontoc Local Government Unit (LGU) for raising the bar of excellence on governance among the youth sector.
The first to third placers receive cash incentive and Plaques of Recognition while the 4th and 5th placers receive Plaques of Recognition from the Bontoc LGU.
