Celebrate Chinese New Year at SM City Baguio

SM City Baguio is celebrating Chinese New Year for a more prosperous year! Join the festivity on January 25, at 5PM in the mall atrium as the Bell Church Athletic club will be performing their famous Lion prosperity dance.

The dance troupe will perform the Chinese tradition called, “cai qing”, where they will roam around the mall to bring good luck and fortune to businesses. The Lion dance will start from the Lower Basement and the finale will be at the mall atrium.

As part of the celebrations of the Year of the Metal Rat, the Lucky Market is open at the lower ground floor of SM City Baguio. The market features delightful treats and wonderful items that highlight the Chinese culture that can also enhance your luck this coming Chinese New Year.

You can purchase a Mickey and Minnie Mouse stuffed toys from Toy Kingdom and Chinese ornaments from the SM Store.

Get delicious delights from Polland, Hen Lin, Mei Hwa, and the SM Supermarket. You can get freshly cooked siopao, siomai, tikoy, and so much more. Packs of tikoy, siomai, and other delicious treats are ready for you to bring home to the family as well.

The Lucky Market will be up until January 26.
