Baguio City National High School Special Program for the Arts Street Dancers once again presented their festive dancing performance with the theme of Tapuy or Rice Wine, fitting the theme of the celebrated Panagbenga Festival, “Celebrating Traditions, Embracing Innovation” as an appreciation of culture and tradition that they displayed in the grand street dancing parade held on February 24. BCNHSSPA achieved the second runner-up in the competition.
