Ed Beltran Head consultant in cooperation with Noble Life International hold a free health wellness check up using a State of the art machine Quantum Resonance Magnetic Analyzer. The machine will analyses your health through electromagnetic wave signals in your body. The free check up was open for all – Senior Citizen, Women’s Group, and PWD held at OSCA – Office of the Senior Citizen Affairs starts on December 11,2020 onwards every Tuesday and Fridays.
