BAGUIO CITY
When the House of Representatives is on recess, aside from consultations, Congressman Mark Go dedicates his time inspecting the progress of ongoing infrastructure projects and facilitating distribution of different forms of assistance in partnership with government agencies. Last January 9, 2024, he attended the turn over ceremony of a multipurpose hall constructed at the Manuel L.
Quezon Elementary School.
After which, Cong. Mark Go, accompanied by the engineers of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), visited several public schools, including Pinsao Elementary School, Pinget National High School, and Guisad Valley National High School. They monitored the progress of the implemented improvements and inquired about how the Office could further contribute in
improving the learning experience of the students and the working environment of the faculty members.
Also, Congressman Mark Go, in partnership with CHED CAR, facilitated the distribution of the Student Monetary Assistance for Recovery and Transition (SMART) Program. As the working
congressman remarked, “Improved quality education and future innovations are among my advocacies for the youth of Baguio. From building modern and conducive facilities in their schools to resources to support schooling, students are empowered to study and learn well.”
