Kalinga PLGU Cultural group performs during the 2017 Regional Science and Technology Week (RSTW) opening program at the Kalinga Astrodome, October 10. The 2017 RSTW was for the first time brought out of the Baguio-Benguet area in line with DOST’s goal of bringing science, technology and innovations, closer to the people, and becomes driver of progress and development, especially in the countryside.
