Baguio City Councilor Vladimir Cayabas listens to Assistant Secretary Efren Vallejo Jr. from the Office of the President as they discussed the proposed “Smart City” program of the National government to improve free Wi-Fi nationwide especially on the educators sector as the country is still under pandemic situation.
Vallejo was in the city along with some government officials as they tour Northern Luzon.
The meeting was held at Ecolodge restaurant last Friday (March 12, 2021).
