Amianan Balita Ngayon Rep. Carlos C. Meneses recently made a courtesy call on Emmanuel S. Clemente, president and CEO of E.S Clemente Development and Management Corporation and owner of the New Puerto the San Juan Beach Resort Hotel in San Juan, La Union. E.S Clemente Development and Management Corp. has been engaged in the buying, selling, leasing and development of the real properties since 1996. Their office is located at 5/F E.S.Clemente Building Shanum St. corner Otek St. Lake Drive, Burnham Park, Baguio City.
