Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Secretary Rolando Joselito Bautista, DSWD Field Office 1 Regional Director Marcelo Nicomedes J. Castillo and staff pay a courtesy visit to Gov. Pacoy on December 4, 2020 at the Office of the Provincial Governor, Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union.
The secretary was one of the guests who graced the inauguration of the Malasakit Center held at the ITRMC.
