Baguio City Company mobile Force Company (CMFC) personnel led by PSMS Graciano Bitaga and CAD PNCO under the supervision of PLTCOL Czymeere Nicanor A. Valencerina , Force Commander, delivered a vital lecture on Anti Bullying Awareness and Crime Prevention to the barangay officials, parents of Day Care Center and constituents of Barangay DPS Compound, Baguio City. ,Pat Jelberson Tibangwa led the session, providing an in-depth demonstration on self-defense techniques, basic baton/arnis use, and fundamental handcuffing skills. This training aimed to enhance the skills and preparedness of our barangay officials, ensuring they are well-equipped and safe in their important community roles. August 15,2024.
