The Department of Science and Technology in Cordillera (DOST-CAR) urged graduating Grade 12 students of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) strand and top students who wish to pursue science and technology related courses in higher education to apply for the Science Education Institute (SEI) scholarship program during a Kapihan on July 2 in La Trinidad, Benguet.
