Cordillera Regional Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (RDRRMC) chairman and Office of Civil Defense (OCD-CAR) director, retired MGen. Ruben L. Carandang led the 3rd Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) held at Benguet General Hospital, one of the Regional Pilot Area headed by BeGH Chief of Hospital III Dr. Maria Imelda C. Ulep, together with the municipal PNP, fire department and Provincial Administrator Noel G. Ngolob on August 16, 2018.
