The E.Ganzon Inc. (EGI) highlighted its achievements as a world class construction company and a leader in realty development during the Investors and Brokers Night on February 17, 2018, at the Mini Function Hall of Albergo Hotel in 01 Villamor Drive, Baguio City.
Prof. Oscar E. Reyes, president of EGI, as the event’s guest speaker said EGI was awarded the national award of “Best Engineering Contractor” by the National Product Quality Excellence awards, National Council for Product and Service Quality and by Consumer Today Magazine at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Makati.

He said, as a real estate developer, EGI boasts of no less than 62 buildings to its name mostly condominiums, residential, office and commercial types, benefitting investors and locators and earning for EGI the moniker of “The Condominium Specialist” in the 33 years of the  company’s corporate existence.
Today, the company has more projects being undertaken while other projects are in the pipeline.
Due to its innovation in engineering works and in their implementation, more and more clients are beating the path to EGI’s door.
Currently, EGI has a highly trained and skilled pool of professionals in addition to its employees in other divisions and departments like finance, administration, marketing, and property management.
Reyes said, EGI delivers, in terms of efficiency and quality construction work, to a large clientele and a satisfied customer base. Its present projects, among others, are hotels in Mindoro and Cavite, Ilocos Norte, Baguio, Manila, and Cebu; a tertiary hospital in Kalibo, Aklan; and an apartment building in the University Belt.
EGI ventured further into the hotel and resort business, as the Board decided in 2004 to manage its own properties, starting with Taft Tower Hotel in Malate, Manila which serves as the Crown of the EGI Taft Tower near De La Salle University-Manila Campus.
To this day, EGI Hotel and Resort, as it is now known, is one of the well regarded destinations, a prime beachfront residential and commercial complex located in Mactan Island, Cebu was constructed and one of the buildings was dedicated for hotel operations while a portion of the property was transformed into an enchanting resort.
