Governor Melchor Diclas together with Benguet Police Provincial Officer Director PCol Elmer Ragay and National Police Commission OIC Assistant Regional Director and Benguet Provincial Officer Atty. Henry Dungala received some rescue kits donated by the Benguet Electric Cooperative through the Philippine National Police-Provincial Advisory Council (PNP-PAC).
The emergency kits which include a spine board and a rescue bag with safety equipment were turned-over by BENECO General Manager Melchor Licoben at the Benguet Police Provincial Office (BPPO). Diclas also serving as the chairman of the PNP-PAC thanked BENECO for support as it will surely help in the rescue effort of the PNP during accidents and calamities. #EmpoweringCommunities.
