Benguet Farmers Federation of Irrigators’ Association (BFFIA) and the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) -Cordillera sign a marketing agreement for the supply of vegetable and fruits to jail facilities in Baguio and the Province of Benguet. April Rose Ayangwa, EPAHP Focal Person of BJMP-CAR witnessed the contract signing which was held recently at the National Irrigation Administration Cordillera Farmers Training Center in Wangal, La Trinidad, Benguet.
