Female Online Worker, Bouncer Among 13 Others Caught Selling Drugs In CAR

BAGUIO CITY(May 27, 2020) —    A 27 year old female online chat operator and a 44 year old bouncer, both included in the PDEA’s “high value targets” were caught selling shabu late Tuesday afternoon here.  
Diane May Estrada Balmonte, chat operator at http://tectingjobfactory.comand Bonifacio Dailig de Guzman, bouncer, were cornered at around 5:40PM Tuesday along Pucay Village, barangay Bakakeng Norte here selling two heat-sealed sachets of shabu to undercover agents. 
Both were tailed by anti-narcotics agents for dealing drugs for sometime now,  said PDEA-Cordillera Assistant Regional Director Cesar Gil Castro, as he claimed they are now concentrating on “listed players”.  The war on drugs will be considered won when all drug pushers are out from the streets,  he said.
While 11 other drug pushers were caught in the region in the past several days according to the Cordillera police.
Jariel Dayawen, 26, was caught on May 21 in Pico, La Trinidad, Benguet with five sachets of shabu.
Four more drug pushers were also caught on May 25 —  Aldrin Inutan Racho, Michael Manalo Galano and Oliver Buenavista Signey in Purok Mangga, Loakan Proper, Baguio, City, while Steve Laurent Noble Serafin was cornered at Ongasan Road, also at Loakan Proper. 
Eight sachets of shabu were seized from the group.
Jefferson P. Garcia, 24 and Julius L. Estrada, 23, were also caught in Km. 6, Betag, La Trinidad on May 21, while Jefferson Sta Ana Lim, Jerry Sta Ana Lim, Jan Mikhail Yumang Dela Cruz and Charles Hizon Valente were caught at Ferguson Road, Guisad Central on May 20.

At least eight plastic sachets of shabu a zip lock transparent plastic sachet of dried marijuana leaves with fruiting tops and other drug paraphernalia were seized from them.
Also on May 21,  OFW Hyner Cornel Leung, 33, from Apugan, Irisan, in Baguio City was caught keeping drug paraphernalia along Pacdal Circle, Baguio City.   
Investigators said Leung was on board a taxicab which tried to pass by the PNP Quarantine Check Point when he was caught after failing to show any quarantine pass. 
When frisked,  policemen found two tooters, one test tube, four parts of broken tooter and one weighing scale.
