Filipino Food Month

The Department of Tourism-Cordillera and the city government with partnership with SM Baguio, showcased the native cuisine, the Mangan Taku: Cordillera Chefs Fair from April 28 to May 2 held at the mall atrium, Lower Ground Level, SM City Baguio.
The event part of the national festivity of the Buwan ng Kalutong Pilipino or the Filipino Food Month celebrated in order to highlight and emphasize the best practices of meal preparation, sustainable food production, and to showcase the importance of cuisine in tourism experience that promotes understanding of history, culture, and its people.
