Police Major Arnold Caguioa (left), Baguio City Police Office (BCPO) Station 9 commander, receives masks from Rocky Bulido (right), a volunteer from TARA Phils., an online marketing solution company.
Actually, for the past days, volunteers of the said company have been rounding the different police stations to give washable mask to policemen paramilitary and members of the armed forces.
