Garlic is plant in the Allium (onion) family. It is closely related to onions, shallots and leeks. Each segment of garlic bulb is called a clove. People have used garlic as food and medicine for more than 5000 years. It has been used for centuries to fight bacteria and viruses and speed up healing.

According to one study that in modern science has documented, garlic’s effects on immune system improvement, cardiovascular diseases, hypertension and more because of its antioxidant properties that helps maintain healthy blood circulation. And when you crush the garlic it has a chemical called allicin and I will write down here what are the benefits of drinking garlic water every day.

To be honest, I myself am trying it for a week now and personally for my opinion it really does not taste good because I feel like drinking a “garlic ginisa mix” but it has effects on my vowel unlike before that I had a hard time taking out toxic.

It is more effective when you have it before breakfast because bacteria is exposed and cannot defend it from succumbing to its power.

Many people who suffer from hypertension have found that garlic helps relieve some symptoms too. This regulates blood pressure for Garlic contains sulfhydryl compound which helps to flush out the toxins form the body. It purifies the blood and cleanses the body.

Eventually, study shows also that continuous drinking of garlic water cleanses the organs and improves our skin too. Garlic can also cure common colds like cough, itchy throat and having phlegm for garlic contains antioxidant that kills bad bacteria that makes us sick when cold season is just around the corner.

Garlic also can improve cholesterol levels which may lower the risk of heart disease. And active compound of Garlic can also reduce Blood Pressure.

What is Allicin? Allicin is a compound produced when garlic is crushed or chopped. It’s been found to reduce inflammation and offer antioxidant benefits. It stimulates circulation of blood flow to sexual organs in both women and men.

However, as the Doctor always reminds us that anything that it too much is not good for our health as well. And of course because garlic is smelly it really kills the mood so better to have it moderately, just when you need it the most.
